We collect your email address when you sign in, and the topic and content of research reports you request. We collect payment information via Stripe, which processes it securely on its own servers. We do not store credit card details.
Your email is used to authenticate you and deliver your reports. Your report topics are used solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your account is protected with passwordless magic-link authentication (no passwords to leak).
Your account and report history are retained indefinitely so you can access past reports. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@reportsharp.com.
We use: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS and security), AWS / Cloudflare R2 (data storage). Each of these has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf.
